Are ReptiCore starter kits complete reptile habitats?
No. Our starter kits focus on selected setup systems such as heating, UVB, humidity support, and environmental monitoring. Enclosures, substrate, décor, food, water dishes, hides, and other habitat items may need to be purchased separately.
How do I know which starter kit is right for me?
Start by choosing the reptile species you are setting up for. Each product page explains what the kit includes, what it does not include, and how the components are intended to work together.
Do the kits include live animals?
No. ReptiCore Habitat does not sell or ship live reptiles.
Are temperature and setup recommendations identical for every enclosure?
No. Enclosure size, ventilation, room temperature, equipment placement, and other conditions can affect the final setup. Always verify actual enclosure conditions rather than relying only on equipment specifications.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $159 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $159 have a $19.99 flat-rate shipping charge.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and contact us before sending a return.
How can I track my order?

Do your kits replace species-specific care advice?
No. Our starter kits and setup guides are intended to help organize commonly needed equipment and beginner setup information. They do not replace qualified veterinary advice or appropriate species-specific husbandry research.
