Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected supply delays, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping carrier, and warehouse location.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Other supported destinations: 10–20 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any available free-shipping promotions will also be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the order has been processed.
Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address. We will try to update it before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
ReptiCore Habitat is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed Orders
Carrier delays can occasionally occur.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and assist you with the next steps.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property, mailbox, reception area, or other safe delivery locations.
- Ask household members or neighbors whether they received it.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
- Contact ReptiCore Habitat if the package still cannot be located.
We will review each case individually and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or video showing the item, packaging, and shipping label
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by ReptiCore Habitat.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to every country, state, or region due to carrier limitations, product restrictions, or local regulations.
If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.
