Shipping destinations, products, rates and eligibility vary by market and by product. Availability shown at checkout is the final confirmation for an order.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $159: $19.99 tracked shipping
- Orders $159+: Free tracked shipping
The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, product launches, holidays or unexpected supply delays, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 7-15 business days after shipment.
Estimated delivery to supported international destinations is generally 10-20 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs review and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent when available. Starter kits contain components of different sizes and shipping classifications. Some kits may therefore arrive in two or more separately tracked packages. Separate packages may be delivered on different days.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Carrier Delays
If tracking has not updated for several days or a package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and assist with next steps where available.

Fragile Components
Bulbs, UVB tubes and other fragile components are packed with additional protection, but transit damage can occasionally occur. Inspect all components after delivery and report visible damage within seven days.
